Support of Mesh due to Excentricity of Loading Caused by Cantilever to Accommodate Cladding Zone

There were a number of concerns raised over the support of the mesh to the rear and side elevations of the building due to the proximity to the coast and the potential ice and snow loadings. The Mesh sat around 500mm out from the face of the steel and there were concerns over the capacity of the Paroc Panels and Nvelope Bracketry to support such loads. With the appointment of our own Structural Engineer we were able to determine the most appropriate solution to return the mesh to the structural frame. This also ensured a full through-wall calculation for the independent elements of the wall construction were checked and the client had peace of mind given the bespoke nature of the installation.
